A cold brew martini is a variation of the espresso martini that uses cold brew concentrate instead of hot espresso. The cold brew provides a less acidic, smoother, and richer coffee flavor.
- 1 egg whtie
- 3 oz tequila reposado (or vodka)
- 3 oz cold brew
- 1 oz brown sugar simple syrup
add all ingredients to shaker (no ice)
dry shake (shake without ice)
cocktail shake (shake with ice)
pour in your martini glass (keep in mind froth takes time to come out)
