EASY Spaghetti

Spaghetti, oh spaghetti, where do I begin? This classic Italian dish has been a staple in kitchens for centuries and for good reason. Not only is it delicious, but it's also incredibly easy to make. So next time you're in a dinner rut, don't be afraid to reach for the spaghetti. It may be a classic, but it never gets old. Bon Appétit!

Equipment

  • 2 Pots
  • 1 Skillet

Ingredients

  • 1 Pack Spaghetti Noodles
  • 1 Can Tomato Paste
  • 1 Can Tomato Sauce
  • 1 Can Diced Tomatoes
  • .5 Onion
  • .5 Bell Pepper
  • Any other veggies you want to add
  • 1 lb Ground Meat (beef or turkey)

Instructions

  • Boil the Spaghetti: Start by cooking your noodles according to the package instructions.
  • In One Pot: In a large pot, add one can of tomato sauce, one can of tomato paste, one can of diced tomatoes spaghetti pack of seasoning, half an onion, and half a bell pepper. You can add other veggies that you like such as mushrooms. Let it simmer.
  • Add Some Personality: Although this is my dads easy recipe, I like to add lots of garlic in the sauce and the meat, fresh tomatoes instead of a can of diced tomatoes, and extra veggies
  • Optional Meat Addition: If you’re in the mood for spaghetti with ground beef or turkey, cook your protein in a separate pan and mix it in the sauce at the end. This step is totally optional, making this one of the most versatile recipes with ground beef or without it.
  • Mix and Serve: Once everything’s cooked and the flavors have mingled, toss the spaghetti with the sauce and veggies. Or if you want to top your noodles with sauce do that. Serve it up hot and watch everyone dig in.
