I believe in the Law of Attraction as a means to speak to the universe. I was first introduced to this by a friend who told me to read The Secret by Rhonda Byrne. That book teaches you the concept of the Law of Attraction and gives you actionable things to do to use the Law of Attraction in your life through manifestation. I know many of you have heard that thoughts become things, but what does that really mean. I can think all day and every day that I want a million dollars but a million dollars does not just fall into my lap. So, what’s the deal? Well there is more than just thinking about something for it to come into fruition. I am going to give you 4 tips to help you attract the things that you want. When you start to use these tips start small, I started with a parking spot at work. Here are some tips to remember:

Start and end each day with gratitude

A great way to show gratitude is through mantra’s. I use the one below. I have read it so many times, that I now have it memorized. Find something that works for you. I even start each day with a playlist that makes me feel strong, encouraged, grateful and happy.

Stay Positive

This can be challenging because some days seems so hard that it is hard to see through to the other side of it. Remember that you can always bounce back. I learned in the book “Atomic Habits” that it is okay to fall off the wagon but if you do try to for only one day. That the greatest athletes are not simply great because of just talent but they put in the work even when it’s hard and boring. Lastly, change your perspective on things from thinking about the negative thinking and focus on the positive speaking. Although the below is specific you can change your thinking about anything, personal finance, weight loss and more.

Remember the Universe is Always Responding to Your Vibrations

Be mindful of the things you say and do! Starting your day bad can then snowball into an even worse day but if you take a moment to adjust your feelings your day can change. I speak of an example of a bad day in my “Take Control of Your Life By Being the Board” blog but I was able to turn that day around. Remember that you can turn your day around and send a better vibration. You control the ripple which happens because of YOUR signal.

If What You Are Doing Isn’t Working, Move Differently!

I cannot stress this enough, if what you are doing is not working, do something different. If your environment is not working, change environments. You want different results, take different actions.
