Hack: Cheap Alkaline Water

I see so many people I know spending a ton of money on alkaline water. I understand the hype as to why people want alkaline water rather than regular ol’ water but don’t let the hype keep you broke. Protect your pockets. According to Underground Health, “Alkaline water helps balance the body’s pH, which tends to be acidic because of our high acid food diet, stress and exposure to environmental toxins such as smog. Alkalize your body pH from acidic to alkaline pH, because cancer and many other illnesses cannot live in alkaline environments.” When water is above a 7 on the pH scale, the water is basic, while water below a 7 is acidic. After living in Nashville for almost 11 years, I have stumbled upon an underground or secret society of culture. For some of those 11 years, I was stuck in the same environments doing the same things and complaining about the lack of culture in the city. During that period culture might not have come close to what is happening in the city now. Others like me were seeking something different and relevant to their personalities and the desires of their soul. Because let’s face it, culture comes from a mix of hardships and soul. People will make time for the things they want. So I have come to the conclusion I will no longer listen to how people say they feel or the things they may do. I am now looking at only the time they are willing to give to me, if any time at all. I’m not saying I need all of their time but I def need some time. If I am not good enough for your time, then I know where we stand regardless of what you tell me, or the things you may do for me. Those don’t mean as much as time.
