Recap LGBTQ+ Sunday Funday — July Recap Sun, July 26, 2026 · TRIBE, Louisville, KY Fifty of us showed up to TRIBE for July’s Sunday Funday, and while it was a smaller crowd than some months, the energy never once dipped. DJ 2Kfro held the floor down from open to close, $7 lemon drops kept everybody loose, and the food truck parked out front meant nobody had to choose between dancing and eating. This is exactly why we keep throwing Sunday Funday — Louisville needs more LGBTQ+ parties like this, low-key spaces where you can show up as you are and just be in community. If you’re looking for Louisville gay events that actually feel like home, this is the one to have on your calendar. Watch the Recap TikTok No video recap for this event. Recap LGBTQ+ Sunday Funday: Brunch Edition — Recap Sun, July 12, 2026 · The Reserve Lounge, Louisville We took Sunday Funday and put a brunch spin on it, and y’all showed up. Every seat at The Reserve Lounge was filled, and by early afternoon folks were still posted up standing because there was nowhere left to sit — that’s the kind of turnout that tells you a community wants more of this. DJ 2KFro and DJ KSivz held it down back to back, keeping the room moving from the first mimosa tower to the last song. Speaking of — the $30 mimosa towers were doing exactly what they were supposed to do, and it showed on every table. This was a one-time event, not a standing monthly, but if the energy in that room said anything, it’s that LGBTQ+ Louisville is more than ready for a regular brunch day. Filing…

Packing light transforms how you travel. When you carry less, you move faster through airports, switch hotels easily, and worry less about lost luggage. A minimalist travel packing list focuses on versatile essentials that fit in a carry-on bag, typically including 3-5 clothing items per category, one pair of shoes, basic toiletries, and necessary tech gear. The key to successful minimalist packing is choosing items that work in multiple situations. Your clothing should be comfortable, quick-drying, and appropriate for different activities and weather conditions. Many experienced travelers fit everything they need for a week or longer into a 20-30 liter backpack. Learning to pack minimally takes practice, but the benefits are worth it. You’ll spend less time deciding what to bring, save money on baggage fees, and enjoy more freedom during your trip. This guide will show you exactly what to pack and how to organize it efficiently.
