I have the best smoothie recipe formula to help you diversify your diet and increase your vegetable and fruit intake. A lot of people think that smoothies are a great way to start your day. I completely agree! They are full of nutrients and they give you energy. Plus, they are very easy to make. Additionally, they’re a great way to get your fruits and vegetables. If you’re looking for a quick and healthy breakfast, a smoothie is a great option.
Typically, all you need is some fruit, a blender, and some water. You can also add some juice if you want. I like to make a smoothie with strawberries, banana, and orange juice. But, I am going to tell you how to get the most out of your smoothie. For someone with PCOS this has drastically helped me!
I have done this several times and it is a great way to get your fruits and vegetables in each day. Most days I may drink two smoothies. Now, don’t think because of my current wieght that I don’t know what I am talking about. I have dropped 40 to 50 pounds in 3 to 6 months. I have gained it back and lost it again. Being this weight currently, is a choice a choice of lazinest and happiness, which is a different conversation. Despite choosing this I still like to get my fruits and veggies in.
If you utilize this smoothie formula and eat a healthy meal for dinner and/or lunch you will may lose weight but most importantly you will feel better and increase your food diversity.
